Bloodpoints Farming Guide
Playing Killer is generally more efficient for farming Bloodpoints.
Always play killer if your goal is maximum Bloodpoints. Killers earn more Bloodpoints regardless of winning or losing because they have more opportunities to score across all categories and don't rely on teammates. Survivor farming is included below as an alternative, but killer is significantly more efficient.
More Scoring Opportunities:
• Constant power use
• Multiple chases available
• Passive point generation
• No teammate reliance
• Consistent across matches
Better for farming
Dependent on:
• Teammate performance
• Killer behavior
• Match circumstances
• Limited categories
• Early deaths reduce points
Less consistent
Understanding Bloodpoint Categories
Bloodpoints are earned across four categories for each role. While Behaviour Interactive hasn't released official formulas, the community has observed these patterns through gameplay:
Killer Categories:
• Basic attacks on survivors
• Breaking pallets and walls
• Successful melee hits
Combat-focused actions
• Using your killer power
• Special ability attacks
• Power-related actions
Ability-focused actions
• Finding survivors
• Chasing survivors
• Bloodlust activation
Tracking and chasing
• Hooking survivors
• Survivor sacrifices
• Moris and executions
Hook and sacrifice actions
Survivor Categories:
• Repairing generators
• Cleansing totems
• Opening exit gates
Objective-focused actions
• Escaping chases
• Surviving long periods
• Escaping the trial
Survival-focused actions
• Healing teammates
• Unhooking survivors
• Protection hits
Teamwork actions
• Stunning the killer
• Being near the killer
• Fast vaults in chase
Bold actions near killer
Note: Each category has a maximum of 8,000 base points + 2,000 bonus points = 10,000 total per category. The goal is balanced gameplay across all categories rather than focusing on just one.
Killer Farming Guide
Top Choices:
• Blight: Rush attacks generate Deviousness and Brutality points
• The Doctor: Static Blast spam generates massive Deviousness points, reveals survivor
locations for Hunter points, and builds Madness to slow the game for more scoring
time
• Plague: Corrupt Purge and infected survivors generate constant points
• Legion: Frenzy attacks on multiple survivors quickly fill categories
We recommend one of these (or pick your best killer, that can spam their ability and
prolong the game)
-
If you have The Cannibal:
Use Barbecue & Chili. Instant info after hooking to find your next target immediately. -
Free Approach (Non Licensed killers):
Use Jagged Compass or Bitter Murmur or Darkness revealed . These perks help track survivors without buying Auric Cells.
Why: Global generator regression. Turns a hook into 20% generator damage instantly on the most progressed gen.
3. Dead Man's Switch (The Deathslinger)
Why: The Combo. When Pain Resonance hits a gen, survivors often let go to stop the regression scream. Dead Man's Switch then instantly blocks that gen for up to 30 seconds.
4. Grim Embrace (The Artist)
Why: Game delay. Blocks all generators for 12 seconds after hooking a new survivor, and for 40 seconds once all 4 have been hooked once. This buys you precious time to end chases.

Match Execution Strategy
Before match starts:
Recommended Perks:
• Barbecue & Chili
• Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance
• Dead Man's Switch
• Grim Embrace
• Bloodpoint offering
Minimum Objectives to complete:
✓ Kick 4+ generators
✓ Chase at least 3 survivors for 15-50 seconds ( try to get at least 3 hits )
✓ Use Static Blast constantly
✓ Break 3+ pallets
✓ Get at least 1 kill
✓ Hook at least two different survivors once
✓ Extend the match duration for more points
Doctor Farming Strategy: A pressure-efficient approach for maximum Bloodpoint generation across all categories through calculated ability usage and survivor management.
Core Strategy Functions:
- Static Blast Spam → Generates automatic Deviousness points while revealing survivors for Hunter scoring
- Shock Therapy → Denies pallet drops and vaults during chase, enabling easier injuries for Brutality points
- Madness Building → Creates match-extending interruptions that slow survivor progress
- Target Rotation → Distributes damage and hooks across all survivors for optimal Sacrifice progression
- Environmental Destruction → Maximizes Brutality through systematic pallet and wall breaking
Chase Management Strategy: Efficient pursuit tactics to maximize scoring while maintaining map-wide pressure.
Optimal Chase Parameters:
- Duration Management - Limit chases to 15-45 seconds for efficient rotation between survivors
- Madness Cycling - Keep survivors at Madness 2 or 3; let them snap out of it then shock them back up for repeat points
- Strategic Ability Usage - Constant shocking during pursuit to deny resources and build madness
- Pallet Strategy - Break everything (Pallets and Doors) until Brutality is maxed
- Target Cycling - Switch focus after each chase (maximum 50 seconds without a hit)
- Extend Chase: - Only extend chases when a down or a hit is guaranteed within 10 seconds
Category Optimization Tactics:
- Use Static Blast on cooldown for passive Deviousness generation
- Implement distributed hooking across survivors to prolong match duration
- Regularly kick generators for additional points and game slowdown
- Maintain multiple injured survivors rather than focusing on elimination
Remember: Never sacrifice map pressure for a single chase. A longer match where you max out all scoring categories earns significantly more bloodpoints than a quick 4k with low category progression
Repeatable Strategy
This killer farming approach works repeatedly because the one-kill minimum prevents MMR from dropping too low while still providing plenty of time to earn Bloodpoints across all categories. The Doctor's power, combined with these perks, makes category maximization almost automatic (for Deviousness and Hunter categories at least).

Survivor Farming Guide (Alternative)
Recommended Perks:
• Deja Vu
• Prove Thyself
• Bond
• Kindred or Survival Perk
Items:
• Medkit or a Toolbox
• Bloodpoint offering
Achievable Match Goals:
• Repair 1+ generators
• Heal teammates 1-3 times
• Perform 1-2 safe unhooks
• Stun killer 0-1 times
• Escape 1-2 chases
• Cleanse 1+ totems
• Extend the match duration for more points.
Perk Strategy & Synergy: This build creates an information-efficient loop for maximum Bloodpoint generation across all categories.
Core Perk Functions:
- Deja Vu → Directs you to optimal generator clusters for efficient Objective points
- Bond → Reveals teammates for Altruism actions and Prove Thyself activation
- Prove Thyself → Boosts Objective Bloodpoints during cooperative repairs
- Kindred → Enables safe Altruism actions and improves overall Survival
- Gameplay Strategy → Natural chase opportunities provide Boldness points through vaults and proximity
Optimal Playstyle Flow:
- Start match - Use Deja Vu to identify generator cluster
- Use Bond to find nearest teammate for cooperative repairs
- Activate Prove Thyself for boosted Objective points
- Monitor Kindred for safe unhook opportunities
- Repeat generator focus with strategic Altruism interruptions
Boldness Points Strategy: While this build doesn't include dedicated Boldness perks, you'll naturally earn Boldness points through essential gameplay actions:
Natural Boldness Opportunities:
- Fast Vaults During Chase - Every window and pallet vault earns points
- Killer Proximity - Being near the killer while repairing/healing
- Protection Hits - Bodyblocking for injured teammates
- Pallet Stuns - Dropping pallets on the killer when necessary
- Blindness - Using flashlights if you bring one (optional)
Maximizing Boldness Safely:
- Take one extra loop around a pallet before dropping it
- Perform fast vaults instead of slow vaults when possible
- Stay on generators a few seconds longer when killer approaches
- Take protection hits for teammates being carried to hook
- Use Bond to coordinate bold actions with teammates
Never risk your survival for Boldness points. These actions should complement your primary objectives, not replace them. A dead survivor earns less points overall.
Survival Perk Alternatives: This build contains no dedicated chase perks. If you struggle in chase, replace Kindred with one of these survival-focused perks:
Exhaustion Perks (Best for Chase Extension)
- Dead Hard (David King) - Brief invulnerability to avoid a hit
- Sprint Burst (Meg Thomas) - Instant sprint when starting to run
- Lithe (Feng Min) - Sprint after fast vaulting a window/pallet
- Balanced Landing (Nea Karlsson) - Reduced stagger & sprint after fall
- Overcome (Jonah Vasquez) - Extended speed boost when injured
Defense & Recovery Perks
- Off the Record (Zarina Kassir) - Endurance after unhook + aura blocking
- Adrenaline (Meg Thomas) - Insta-heal + sprint when gates open
- Windows of Opportunity (Kate Denson) - See pallet/window auras in chase
- Resilience (General Perk) - Faster actions while injured
- Iron Will (Jake Park) - Reduces grunts of pain by 100%
Gameplay Priority: Focus on generator repairs as your primary objective. Only interrupt this work for essential tasks: safe rescues, healing teammates, or diverting the Killer. Prioritize your survival - escaping the trial significantly increases your Bloodpoint earnings. Avoid inefficient actions such as hiding, slow movement when not in danger, or cleansing dull totems without reason.
